Sukh Singh Rajpurohit
Kavi Sukhasa, full name Sukh Singh Rajpurohit, is a renowned Indian poet, writer, social worker, and a dedicated literary figure from Rajasthan. He is widely respected for his inspirational poetry, social contribution, and commitment to national values.
Sukhasa was born on 2 September 1956 in Aauwa (Pali district, Rajasthan).
His father’s name was Late Chiman Singhji.
He completed his higher education with B.Com. and LL.B. from Sukhadia University, Udaipur.
Kavi Sukhasa served in the Department of Telecommunications from 1975 to 1998, working in Udaipur and Pali.
After his government service, he practiced law in Jodhpur and Pali from 1998 to 2005.
Actively involved in public service, he served as a Panchayat Samiti Member (Marwar) from 2005 to 2010.
Since 2016, Sukhasa has been the Brand Ambassador for the “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao” campaign.
He is associated with several social and literary organizations such as the Sahitya Sadhana Samiti (Pali), Kheteshwar Parishad, and Narayana Seva Sansthan, contributing significantly to literature and humanitarian service.
Kavi Sukhasa developed an interest in literature from his childhood.
His articles, poems, and writings have appeared in numerous magazines and journals.
He draws inspiration from revered saints including Mahapragyaji, Mahashramanji, Tarun Muniji, Rupmuniji, and Tulchharamji Maharaj.
His poetry is deeply rooted in the spirit of national interest and patriotism, and he continues to serve the nation through literary presentations across various states and metropolitan cities.
Sukhasa has received several prestigious recognitions, including:

2022 – Rajpurohit Gaurav Award, Delhi
2023 – Felicitated by various national organizations in Delhi (Lajpat Nagar)
He has also been awarded the honorary titles of “Kavi Samrat” and “Rashtra Kavi”.
