Nirmal Das Ji
Mandaleshwar Shri Nirmaldas Ji Maharaj (born July 23, 1968), also known in his early life as Jagdish, is a revered Indian saint, spiritual leader, and social reformer associated with the Sant Kabir Pith in Balotara, Rajasthan. Renowned for his ascetic life and deep knowledge of Yoga and Dhyan (meditation), he has been a guiding force for youth, social upliftment, and religious activities in Rajasthan and beyond.
Nirmaldas Ji was born on July 23, 1968 (Vikram Samvat 2025, Asadha Krishna Paksha Triyodashi, Tuesday) in Balotara village, Barmer district, Rajasthan. He was named Jagdish at birth. His father was Shri Jethaaram Ji Rajguru, and his mother was Shrimati Dhapu Devi.
From an early age, he exhibited spiritual inclinations and embraced Bal Brahmacharya (celibacy from childhood), dedicating his life to spiritual practice and service.
He was initiated into spiritual life under the guidance of Brahmalin Mahant Shri Raghunathji Maharaj, and later became the head of Sant Kabir Pith, Balotara. His rigorous penance (Ghor Tapasya), deep meditation, and yogic discipline earned him recognition as a saint committed to both personal spiritual growth and public service.
Spiritual Practice: Known for his intense ascetic practices, he is widely respected as a Tapasvi saint.
