He was granted Lodhsar and inherited with Peelwa jagir. He had 3 sons -

• Tikai Gumani Singhji Kalyanpur
• Hari Singh ji 
• Habat Singh ji. (both Hari Singhji and Habat Singhji did not have any descendant)

Although he was granted the Jagir and village of Lodhsar, he neither settled there nor established a residence, as both his younger brothers were also granted their own Jagirs (Jagrup ji - Aahadsar, Himmat ji - Badi Sawai) and only one of his sons, Gumani Singhji had survived. Later, even Gumani Singhji was granted Kalyanpur where he settled his 10 sons.
